Return Policy

Returns:
If you are not satisifed with your purchase, we will gladly help you return it when it falls into the guidelines below.

Return Period:
Initiation of the Return Process for Software must be done within 15 days of the purchase date.
Initiation of the Return Process all other items including machines and accessories must be done within 30 days of the purchase date, and we must receive the returned product within 45 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be NEW, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Non-Returnable Items:
For any items sold as NEW that have been opened and/or used are not returnable. All machines sold, including New and refurbished, are not returnable.

If your item is defective, the manufacturer will be best able to address your needs. Please email us at support@craftedge.com and we can provide contact information for the product manufacturer.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address, missing address, or inaccurate address and needs to be shipped again, the customer will incur the shipping costs to ship the item again. If re-shipment is not desired, the transaction will be refunded minus Restocking Fees.
