CricutTM machine not making accurate cuts
- Make sure there is no jiggle or movement to the cutting carriage itself. It should be secure to the inside track with no movement other than the normal left/right flow. If this is the case, service is needed.
- Does it looks like the blade housing bottom is is too low? It should be at least 1/8" above the mat when the machine is powered on. If not, service is needed.
- Make sure the blade housing and black arm that holds it have a "bounce" to them. It you feel any resistance, rubbing, or sticking when you move it up and down gently, service is needed.
- Make sure that the mat has free clearance behind and in front of the machine and that it's not coming in contact with anything, as such might knock it off track.
